We created a website to showcase the development of innovative office products.
Project Goal
Industrial Designers at RIT had the opportunity to design products for Poppin – a modern office supply and furniture company. This website was designed as a show floor companion to showcase their process and work alongside their products at New York Design Week 2016.
Inspiration Board: Where my co-designer and I pooled our research.
Questions & Challenges
- How do we tell the story of how the products came to be?
- How do we showcase both the final product and the process?
User Interface
Solutions
A Show Floor Companion
Because this site was developed specifically for use on an iPad, it requires a viewport 1024px or larger.

My Roles & Responsibilities
- Researched design inspiration, sketched ideas, and created comps/prototypes in collaboration with co-designer
- Gathered feedback from industrial designers on how we told their story
- Gathered feedback from other designers and non-designers
- Fully coded both live sites for use on an iPad or iPad Mini
